DCNA History

Downtown Campbell Neighborhood Association has been in existence since 2007 and includes all residents between Highway 17 and Winchester Avenue, and Hamilton Avenue and Kennedy Avenue.

All residents, whether owners or renters, are welcome to join. Business owners who are not residents of Downtown Campbell are asked to contact the Downtown Campbell Business Association or the Campbell Chamber of Commerce for representation.

Board Members

  • Joe Brenner

    President
    Joe spent his teenage years in Campbell and was thrilled to move back in 2023. He operates a local business and enjoys exploring the creek trail or admiring the historic downtown homes while walking his dogs.

  • Joanne Chappell

    Vice President
    Joanne is a long-time Campbell resident. Always on the go, when she isn’t hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding Campbell, you can usually catch her strolling about town.

  • Carol Eidt

    Treasurer

    A retired software engineer, Carol has lived in Campbell since 2008. She loves having the best of both worlds; the walkability and small town feel, paired with the beauty, culture, and diversity of the broader Bay Area.

  • Matthew Ross

    Secretary
    Residing in downtown Campbell since 2009, Matthew treasures the small-town feel and walkability unique to Campbell, qualities he and his wife are excited to share with their two kids.

  • Mark Edelman

    Technical Advisor
    Mark fell in love with Campbell’s small-town charm and found his forever home here in 2020. An engineer by trade, he operates a non-profit dedicated to bringing robotics programs to students and schools in Northern California.

  • Scott Rees

    Business Liaison
    Scott has lived in Campbell for over 30 years, and downtown specifically since 2004. A local realtor, Scott loves taking walks downtown with his wife and neighbors to unwind at the end of the day.
